Il filo conduttore di questo video non può che essere il colore: rosso, giallo, blu, che si sviluppa nella mostra “In the Matter of Color” con circa venti opere di Natale Addamiano, Alberto Biasi, Pino Pinelli e Turi Simeti.

La Dep Art Gallery costruisce questo progetto insieme al curatore Matteo Galbiati nel 2018: portare quattro artisti, che fin dalla fondazione collaborano con la Dep Art Gallery, che fossero espressione dell’arte italiana contemporanea del secondo dopoguerra, nelle sedi della Whitestone Gallery di Taipei e Hong Kong, successivamente, nel 2019, a Palazzo del Monferrato di Alessandria.  

Dal 20 maggio fino al 31 luglio 2020, questa mostra tutta italiana torna nello spazio che l’ha concepita, nella galleria Dep Art in Via Comelico 40 di Milano. Questo video diventa una preziosa occasione per poter vedere la mostra in digitale, permettendo di apprezzare da vicino la materia del colore che i quattro protagonisti indagano attraverso esperienze diverse.

The common thread of this video cannot but be color: red, yellow, blue that succeed one after another in the exhibition "In the Matter of Color" throughout about twenty artworks by Natale Addamiano, Alberto Biasi, Pino Pinelli and Turi Simeti.

Dep Art Gallery conceived this project together with the curator Matteo Galbiati in 2018 as an expression of the Italian post-war contemporary art and took four artists, who have been collaborating with the gallery since its foundation, first to the two Whitestone’s galleries in Taipei and Hong Kong and then in 2019 at the Palazzo del Monferrato in Alessandria.

From 20 May to 31 July 2020, this all-Italian exhibition returns to the space of its origin, the Dep Art Gallery in Via Comelico 40 in Milan, and becomes the setting of this video which allows to observe the artworks closely and to appreciate the matter of color that the four protagonists have been studying in different experiences.
